Mashed Potatoes-Made Ahead - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 potatoes
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of white pepper
Preparation
    Mash cooked potatoes.
    Add other ingredients and mash again. Store in a casserole covered with plastic wrap.
    Refrigerate or freeze.
    When ready to use, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
