Macaroni-Kidney Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. macaroni
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. tomatoes
    Ritz cracker crumbs
    2 strips bacon, cut in pieces and fried
    2 c. kidney beans
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    2 c. tomato juice
    butter
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in salted water; drain.
    In large bowl combine macaroni, tomatoes, beans, pepper, onion, tomato juice, bacon and drippings.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into casserole dish and cover with Ritz cracker crumbs.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until crumbs are slightly brown.
