Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    beef, sliced into thin chunks
    1 c. green beans
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 c. cabbage
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1 can bamboo shoots, drained
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small diced onion
Preparation
    Wash vegetables.
    Slant cut carrots and celery.
    Chop cabbage. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat.
    Add onion chunks and beef.
    Saute until meat is done.
    Add all vegetables.
    Cook, stirring constantly, about 2 minutes.
    Add salt and soy sauce. Cover.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
