Squash Casserole(Club Member: Kristi Mayfield) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small box Ritz crackers
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until squash is tender; drain.
    Mix onion, soup and squash.
    In casserole dish, grease and crumble (1 pack out of box) Ritz crackers in bottom, then layer 1/2 of soup mixture, layer 1/2 of cheese, layer crackers, soup and cheese again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
