Microwave Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 cabbage leaves
    1 c. water
    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. ground sausage
    1 egg
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    dash of hot pepper sauce
    1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place cabbage and 1/2 cup water in casserole, cover and microwave 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Mix meat, egg, rice, onion, spices, pepper sauce and 1/4 cup of tomato sauce.
    Place 1/4 cup mixture on each leaf and roll up.
    Mix remaining sauce, paste, water, sugar and basil.
    Pour over rolls and cover.
    Microwave at Medium-high for 25 minutes, moving rolls from center to side halfway through.
