Frog Eyed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 box Acini De Pepe (uncooked)
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 can fruit cocktail
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (15.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, (save juice)
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook Acini De Pepe.
    In heavy saucepan, beat egg with wire whisk until foamy.
    Stir in sugar, flour, salt and reserved pineapple juice.
    Over low heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
    In a large bowl, combine Acini De Pepe with egg mixture. Chill thoroughly, about 1 hour.
    Stir in pineapple, fruit cocktail and marshmallows.
    Fold in whipped cream. Cover and chill.
    Stir before serving.
