Texas Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 doz. tortillas, cut in 2-inch strips
    2/3 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green peppers
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Microwave chicken 4 minutes.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Heat the soup, tomatoes and broth together.
    In 2-quart casserole, place a layer of tortillas, a layer of chicken, then soup mixture and cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes (uncovered). Lower heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes.
    Serves 8.
