Shrimp Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. cooked shrimp
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne
    2 c. milk
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms in butter for 5 minutes.
    Blend in flour and seasonings.
    Add milk gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Stir in shrimp.
    Place in well-greased dish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or longer if cold.
    Serve over rice.
