Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled baking potatoes
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut each potato into 8 wedges.
    Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans.
    Mix other ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
    Yield:
    8 servings.
