Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
3 c. pears, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs one at a time and beat well. Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon and add to sugar mixture.
Add vanilla, pears and pecans.
This will be a thick batter.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Serve with whipped topping.
(You can substitute apples for pears.)
