Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. self-rising flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
