Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1/2 c. water
3/4 c. flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Heat oil to 375\u00b0.
Mix egg and water until well mixed.
Add flour, salt and pepper, stirring to make a smooth batter.
Dip pieces of chicken in batter; fry in hot oil until golden brown, about 4 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with favorite sauce.
