Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 eggs, divided
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 c. coconut, grated
Preparation
    Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt and mix well.
    Add milk and butter and heat in double boiler.
    Add egg yolks, slightly beaten. Cook until thickened.
    Add coconut and pour into cooked pie shell; brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
