Chow Chow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads cabbage
4 bell peppers
5 onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
4 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Boil together vinegar, sugar, celery salt, mustard seed and turmeric.
Pour in cabbage, pepper and onions.
Bring to boil; can.
