Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger (lean)
2 large potatoes
1 large onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole dish, press in raw hamburger, salt and pepper.
Slice and layer potatoes.
Slice and layer onion and pour cream of chicken soup on top.
(Do not add water).
Cook, covered, approximately 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done at 350\u00b0.
