Sausage Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. \"mild\" sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. cooked chopped chicken
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish and set aside.
    Cook sausage, onion, carrot and celery in a large skillet until sausage is brown.
    Drain.
    Mix soup and milk.
    Stir chicken into sausage.
    Mix and set aside.
