Haluski With Sauerkraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sauerkraut
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    On dough board, measure flour.
    Make a well in the center. Add egg and salt.
    Knead well until dough is smooth.
    Let stand a few minutes, then roll out thinly and cut into little squares. Cook in boiling water about 10 minutes.
    Drain and add to prepared sauerkraut.
