Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. lime Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. cream
1 large can pears, drained (save juice and add water to make 2 c.)
1 medium container Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in heated juice of pear and water.
Cool to egg white consistency.
Soften cream cheese and add to cream.
Add to whipped Jell-O.
Mash the pears and add to the Jell-O and cream cheese mixture.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Refrigerate.
