Quick Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 c. sliced onion
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 minced clove garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. minced ginger or 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/2 to 1 lb. lean meat (beef, chicken, pork or shrimp, cut in slivers
    3/4 c. broth or water and chicken or beef bouillon
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat skillet to medium-high heat.
    Add oil and when sizzling hot, add meat, vegetables, garlic and ginger and stir-fry until meat is done and vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Blend cornstarch with chicken broth or with bouillon and water.
    Stir into meat and vegetable mixture.
    Add soy sauce and reduce heat.
    Cook for 5 more minutes.
