Brown And Serve Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 egg
    3 1/4 to 3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, divided
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
    Add shortening, sugar, salt, vinegar, egg and half of flour.
    Beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until well blended.
    Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a moderately stiff dough.
