Baked Apple Turnovers - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust
3/4 c. cooked apples
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Cut pastry into 8 (4 1/2-inch) circles. Spoon 1 1/2 tablespoons cooked apples on 1/2 of each circle. Moisten edges with water; fold dough over apple mixture, pressing edges to seal. Crimp edges with a fork. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 13 to 15 minutes. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over turnovers.
