German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 box powdered sugar (4 c.)
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle coconut in bottom of pan. Sprinkle pecans over top of coconut.
    Prepare cake mix as directed on box.
    Pour batter over top of pecans and coconut.
    In separate bowl, cream butter and cream cheese until smooth.
    Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
    Drop powdered sugar mixture by spoonfuls over cake (keep away from sides of pan).
    Bake as directed on cake mix box plus add about 15 or 20 minutes extra baking time due to cream cheese mixture.
    Allow cake to cool to touch and turn upside-down on plate.
