Mushroom Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    meat tenderizer
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
    seasoned salt and pepper
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    4 potatoes
    8 small onions
    1 envelope dry soup mix (beef flavored)
Preparation
    Pound steak; sprinkle with tenderizer.
    Prick with fork. Spread with butter; season.
    Mix next 4 ingredients and spread on steak.
    Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
    Put in large shallow baking dish.
    Arrange vegetables around steak.
    Add 1 cup water to soup mix.
    Cover.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
