Holiday Egg Nog - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 eggs, separated
2 c. sugar
2 qt. milk
1 c. bourbon
1/3 c. brandy
1 qt. heavy cream
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Stir in the milk, bourbon and brandy.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and in another bowl, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the yolk and milk mixture, then fold in the egg whites.
Garnish with nutmeg.
Makes 25 (8 ounce) portions.
