Crispy Caramel Treats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. caramels
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. cold water
    8 c. crisp rice cereal
Preparation
    Microwave caramels, margarine and water in 1-quart micro-safe bowl on High 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until smooth, stirring every minute.
    Pour over cereal; stir until well coated.
    Press into greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Cool; cut into squares. Decorate with frosting and candies, if desired.
    Makes approximately 24.
