Heavenly Herb Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 c. white vinegar
    1 c. fresh basil or rosemary leaves, lightly packed
    6 drops green or yellow food coloring
    1 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients and bring to boiling.
    Add pectin.
    Heat to full, rolling boil and boil hard 1 minute.
    Remove leaves.
    Pour liquid into hot, clean jelly glasses.
    Cover with 1/8-inch hot paraffin.
    Seal.
    Makes 7 half pints.
