Culpepper'S Black-Eyed Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (15 oz.) cans black-eyed peas
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with jalapenos
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix and let simmer about 5 minutes before adding cheese. Delicious!
