Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    2 minced green onions
    1 (8 oz.) can Pillsbury quick crescent roll dough
Preparation
    Press the crescent roll dough in ungreased pie pan.
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper; drain fat.
    Place in pie shell. Combine mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch; mix until smooth. Stir in cheese and green onions.
    Pour into the pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
