Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Rinse and dry cut potatoes into thin slices but not all the way through.
Place potatoes in a baking dish; drizzle with margarine.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake another 10 minutes.
