Party Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
3 slices stale bread, moistened in milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped celery
salt and pepper to taste
1 (18 oz.) oz. bottle barbecue sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Mix all but barbecue sauce and soup together; roll into bite-size balls.
Place on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix barbecue sauce and soup in pan; heat slightly.
Pour over meatballs in a chafing dish.
Replenish meatballs in existing sauce as they are needed.
Have toothpicks on hand for guests to serve themselves.
Makes about 200 meatballs.
(Can be made ahead and frozen.)
