Orange Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked 8-inch pie shell
    3 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    5 to 6 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 grated orange rind
    2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Blend cornstarch, 3/4 cup sugar and salt in a saucepan. Gradually stir in hot water.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Reduce heat to low; cook and stir for 5 minutes longer.
