Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. yellow squash
    2 onions, chopped
    2 green peppers
    2 red peppers
    salt to taste
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Wash and stem squash; scrape out seed.
    Grate squash.
    Chop or grate peppers.
    Add salt.
    Drain.
    Add remaining 5 ingredients. Mix and bring to a good boil.
    Stir and place in sterilized pint or half-pint sized jars.
    Seal.
