Salsa Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. scalloped and peeled tomatoes
    3 c. vinegar
    2 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. cilantro
    3 Tbsp. salt
    5 cloves garlic
    2 bell peppers
    2 onions
    1 c. water
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix first 11 ingredients and cook 1 hour.
    Mix water and cornstarch; add to mix and cook 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in jars and hot bath for 10 minutes.
