Pie Crust(Stir In Pastry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cold water
    1/2 c. + 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Pour milk and oil together, but don't stir.
    Add all at once to sifted flour.
    Stir with fork until blended.
    Form into a ball. Divide in halves.
    Roll each half out between 2 sheets of waxed paper.
    Makes two 8-inch pie crusts.
