Apple Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large tart apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. butter
    1 unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Peel apples.
    Cut into\teighths
    and
    arrange in pastry shell. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon.
    Sift remaining 1/2 cup with flour.
    Cut butter into sugar and flour until crumbly.
    Sprinkle over
    apples.
    Bake
    at 450\u00b0 about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0
    and
    bake
    30\tminutes or until apples are tender.
    Makes one 9-inch pie.
