Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, pared and cut in small pieces
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together sugar, oil and eggs.
Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add to sugar mixture.
Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes in greased and floured oblong pan.
Cool.
