Baked Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
    paprika
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a baking pan at 250\u00b0.
    Remove pan from the oven and increase the heat to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl combine bread crumbs, parsley, cheese, salt and garlic powder.
    Lay chicken pieces in pan, and turn over to coat with melted butter.
    Roll in bread crumbs.
    Arrange in single layer in pan.
    Garnish with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour, basting twice.
