Chocolate Caramel Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Devils Food cake mix
1 jar butterscotch topping
1 jar caramel topping
1 can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 pkgs. single-serve-size candy, crushed (suggestions: Skor, M&Ms, Heath Bar, Butterfinger)
Preparation

Follow directions on the box of cake mix for a 9 x 13-inch cake and bake. While cake is baking, combine together the caramel and butterscotch toppings and the sweetened condensed milk. Heat together on top of the stove, but do not boil.
