Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn flakes
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can beef broth
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 c. carrots, sliced and cooked
    1 onion, cut up
    parsley flakes
Preparation
    Crush corn flakes.
    Stir in egg, 1/4 cup beef broth, salt and pepper.
    Add ground chuck; shape into balls.
    Brown.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook 30 minutes.
