Cheese Cake(Yields 10 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
4 tsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. light cream or half and half
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Put first three ingredients in mixing bowl.
Mix for 4 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth.
Scrape down the mixing bowl.
Add light cream and mix until smooth.
Add vanilla and mix again.
