Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick Velveeta cheese
    1 large head broccoli
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. butter (separate from stick)
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Crush crackers.
    Melt butter and cut up cheese to melt.
    Mix butter and crackers.
    Cut cooked broccoli into small pieces.
    Put a layer of broccoli on bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle 1/2 of cracker crumbs on top of broccoli.
    Place sliced cheese on top and repeat layers.
    Melt the reserved 2 tablespoons butter and pour over top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
