Old Fashioned Bread Pudding(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed (3/4-inch) French bread
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 c. 1% milk, divided
    3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar, divided
    pinch of salt
    1 large egg
    2 large egg whites
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    boiling water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In an 8-inch pan, spread bread and raisins.
    Whisk 2 cups
    of milk, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and salt in bowl.
    Pour over bread.
    Let stand 15 minutes, turning bread once.
