Roast Pork Loin Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. pork roast
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. sage
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf
    8 parsley sprigs
    3 celery stalks with leaves
    1 garlic clove
    1 onion
    1 can beef consomme
Preparation
    Have meat at room temperature.
    Rub meat all over with lemon juice and then salt.
    Combine spices and rub well into meat. Place bay leaf, parsley, celery, onion and garlic and consomme around meat.
    Cover.
    Roast at 350\u00b0.
    Baste every 30 minutes. Roast approximately 35 minutes per pound until meat is tender and brown.
