Cranberry Relish Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. ground fresh cranberries
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 small unpeeled orange, ground with seed removed
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Drain pineapple, reserve syrup.
Add
enough
water
to make 1/2 cup.
Dissolve gelatin and
sugar in 1 cup hot water. Add syrup and lemon juice.
Chill
until
partially set.
Stir in fruits, celery and nuts.
Chill in mold until firm.
Serves 8 to 10.
