Wild Rice And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's wild rice
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour (plain)
    1 c. milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttered mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions.
    Pour rice into colander and drain well.
    Melt butter; add flour and stir until a thick paste.
    Add milk slowly.
    Add cream cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth.
    Butter 1 1/2-quart (8 x 8-inch) casserole. Layer rice, mushrooms and cream cheese sauce.
    Repeat until dish is filled.
    Save enough sauce to put generous amount of sauce on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until mixture is hot.
