Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh boiled shrimp, boiled and peeled in Tony's Creole seasoning
20 oz. cream cheese
1 bunch finely chopped chives
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Tony's Creole seasoning to taste*
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
about 1/4 c. mayonnaise

*Don't over season; sauce will pick up more of the seasoning as it sits in the refrigerator.
