Ingredients

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. milk
2 egg yolks
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
baked pie shell
2 egg whites for meringue
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in pan.
Let come to boil on stove, then add egg yolks, flour and 1 cup milk.
Cook until thick.
Put in pie shell.
Top with meringue made from egg whites.
