Double Layer Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust
1 c. cold milk
2 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Mix cream cheese in large bowl until smooth; gently stir in Cool Whip.
Spread on graham crust.
Mix 1 cup milk and pudding until thick.
Add pumpkin and spices.
Mix well.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours and garnish with Cool Whip.
