Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. shredded cheese
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese twice in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix together eggs, 2 cups milk, mustard and onion.
    Pour egg mixture over layered ingredients. Mix remaining 1/2 cup milk with soup and pour over top of casserole.
    Store in refrigerator overnight.
    Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve warm.
