Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. black pepper
    dash of kosher salt
    1 tsp. dried thyme
    3 lb. drummettes or wings (about 16)
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry with paper towels. Add chicken to marinade and toss well. Let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate several hours or overnight. Place the oven rack 6 to 8-inches below heat source and preheat the broiler to high. Place the chicken on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray and spread out the chicken evenly. Broil about 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until thoroughly cooked. Serve hot with Blue cheese or Ranch dressing.
